Contribute to the Fund
Give a young farmer their first heifer.
Donate a heifer of any breed, or give financially and the Fund will purchase a heifer and donate it in your name to a recipient in your county. All donations are tax deductible.
Become a participating farm
Donate a heifer
Your farm can participate by donating a heifer of any breed to the Dustin Worthington Memorial Fund. Your gift becomes the winning award in a Kentucky county — and very often, the beginning of a young person's lifelong herd.
Share your details and Dena Worthington will personally reach out to make arrangements — there's nothing more you need to prepare.
Give financially
Every gift buys a beginning.
If you choose to donate financially, the Fund will purchase a heifer and donate it in your name to a recipient in your county.

More ways to help
Not every gift has four legs.
Become a participating individual
Individuals can participate through financial donations to the Fund or by helping recruit participating farms in your county.
Individuals in each county can help establish and promote fundraisers in their county, and can volunteer to help in the promotion, distribution, and judging phases of each year's essay.
FFA & 4-H leaders
FFA & 4-H leaders are crucial in getting out the message to farms and applicants.
Each leader can help recruit applicants in their county and promote the Fund through local radio and newspaper releases, as well as contacting potential donor farms.
